I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building was beautiful and the views from my room on the 6th floor were amazing. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of Liverpool and close to the shopping center.

Travel Purpose: My daughter and I stayed at Aloft Hotel for 2 nights while exploring the local area. The location was perfect, just minutes away from parking, the theater, and the Mersey boat ride. The hotel was not only clean but also had a refreshing smell. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, informing us about the optional breakfast service which we ended up enjoying. The variety of food offered was impressive, and we loved the clean and relaxed atmosphere of the dining area. The architecture of the building was beautifully restored, creating a stunning ambiance. Our room, though small, was lovely and well-equipped. The reception staff provided great recommendations for dining, drinking, and shopping. We also appreciated the convenience of having a gym at the hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a large and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location, close to the river and within walking distance of shops and the city center. Being able to explore the area without needing to rely on transportation was a huge advantage.

We had a great experience staying here! The hotel location was fantastic; we could easily get to all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The decoration, especially in the dining restaurant, was beautiful and added to the appeal of the place.

Large rooms, spacious beds, friendly staff. Close to clubs with no noise issues. Smart, clean, and comfortable bedrooms. Good breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff. Lively atmosphere in the restaurant. Excited and welcoming staff for dogs. Lovely window bench for dogs. Great location in the heart of the city. Quirky style in a beautiful old building. We arrived early and were really surprised to find our room ready. The staff were lovely and check-in was easy. The room was modern, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and the 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour were a nice touch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.
There was a bit of confusion regarding the parking instructions. The website could be clearer to avoid any misunderstandings.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was so close to all the shops and best areas. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy all the attractions. It was also just a short walk away from the Music Festival at the waterfront, which was ideal. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start our day off right.
The price seemed a bit overpriced for the level of facilities and comfort provided.

The staff were amazing, offering recommendations for bars and restaurants nearby. The room was nice with a comfy and huge bed, and a great bathroom. The food was amazing with generous portions, and a free pizza was offered when they made a mistake. The location was central and close to popular attractions.
